Mindfulness Meditation: A 1-Day Workshop

  • 1-day workshop, in London Ontario or on-site at your location.
  • An experiential workshop designed to introduce you to the practice of Mindfulness Meditation, with information about the background and the scientifically-documented benefits of the practice.

Fee: $180.00, including lunch, free parking, workshop manual, and guided meditation recordings.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: An 8-Week Course

  • 8 weekly evening sessions of 2.5 hours each, plus one all-day session (26 hours in total)
  • An experiential course designed to help you establish a strong regular daily practice of Mindfulness Meditation, with a special focus on mindfulness skills that will enhance your ability to manage the stress of your life.
